📦 Return & Refund Conditions
We accept refund or replacement requests for the following cases:
1. Orders Delayed
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time and is significantly delayed.
2. Orders Not Received
If tracking shows no delivery and the buyer confirms non-receipt.
3. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please provide photo or video proof.
4. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order.
5. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted before the item is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.
⏰ Important Notes
All disputes must be submitted within 10 days of delivery or estimated delivery time.
We do not accept returns or refunds due to force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).
Not all shipping methods are available to every country. If there are shipping or customs restrictions in your area, we may not be able to offer a refund.
🔁 Return Instructions
If a return is required:
1. Contact our support team with your order number and concern.
2. We will send a return link and instructions.
3. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
4. Items must be returned only after approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
⚠ Return Limitations
Low-Value Items (under $10)
Due to high labor and logistics costs, we recommend:
Offering a partial refund.
Allowing the customer to keep the item.
Offering to resend with buyer covering the shipping.
High-Value Items
Items may be eligible for return, but shipping and inspection fees may apply. Please contact us first to confirm the cost.
❌ Unacceptable Disputes
We do not issue refunds or accept returns for:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect address provided by customer
Delays caused by customs, weather, or other uncontrollable events
