Thank you for shopping with Fluffy Finds! We work hard to make sure your pet’s next favorite find gets to you safely. Below is everything you need to know about shipping times, costs, and what to do if your order is delayed.

⏳Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. This includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and handing over to our logistics partners. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

🌍 Estimated Shipping Times 

United States: 7–20 business days 

Canada, UK, Australia: 10–25 business days 

Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or local delivery delays.

📦 Why Does It Take This Long?

We partner with global fulfillment centers to offer you affordable, curated products. This sometimes means longer delivery times, especially during high-demand periods, customs delays, or logistics disruptions.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions 

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, if your region has shipping restrictions or limited courier access, we may not be able to fulfill the order.

📨 Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived after 30 days, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue. Damaged or incorrect items? Reach out to us within 10 days of delivery, with photos/videos for review.
